Since our foundation in 2000, we have been a partner to well-known machine tool manufacturers and industrial customers. Experience and expertise, many years of successful involvement in a wide range of projects for well-known industrial customers and impressive references in the design and manufacture of special tools have made ProLock an efficient and reliable partner at your side. The design, selection and manufacture of tools and clamping systems customised to your application are our passion. Using state-of-the-art 3D CAD systems, we work closely with our customers to design customised clamping systems and cutting tools of the highest quality.
By using the latest design technologies, we design clamping systems and tools with the most complex geometries and shapes for optimum function, weight and balancing quality as well as high stability right from the development phase. Our quality specifications in accordance with DIN 9001 and the highest manufacturing precision are further features that guarantee the perfect functioning of our clamping systems and tools. In the area of systems engineering, we design the clamping systems and cutting tools that are precisely suited to the respective application, calculate the required motor drive power and manufacture tools and clamping systems.
